Membership

Transaction on the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use the Platform or access content on the Platform only under the supervision and prior consent/ permission of a parent ormlegal guardian.

As a minor if you wish to transact on the Platform, such transaction on the Platform may be made by your legal guardian or parents. RichNFresh reserves the right to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide you with access to the Platform if it is brought to RichNFresh's notice or if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 years and transacting on the Platform.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Generally procure and ship the items next day from the date of order you will get oder next day from the date of order placed.

Shipping Details

Invoice will be send to the customer registered email and mobile after the order is shipped.
If the product is not available it is mentioned on invoice and price is deducted from total bill.

Are there any hidden costs items sold by Rich N Fresh?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Rich N Fresh. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Refund

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us.

All refund amounts shall be credited to Buyer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Buyer’s choice within 7-8 Business Days.

About Rich N Fresh

It is a Farm to Fork initiative by a government recognised, certified organic farmers' group - Mahasatta Agro Vision Shetkari Mandal. We are serving health & environment conscious Punekars since 2011. Rich N Fresh is the oldest organic store in Pune run by a farmers' group. We motivate farmers to do farming by natural/ organic ways so that it becomes sustainable. The issue of authenticity is addressed by 3 step formula: 1.Regular monitoring at the farm level. 2. Frequent testing of the samples in the laboratory. 3. Rewarding the honest efforts of the farmers by paying them good price.

After addressing the concern about the authenticity of the organic products, we are in the process of making our store a one stop solution for all the organic needs of the consumer. For this, we have tied up with more than 200 genuine organic farmers from various states so that large variety of farm produce is available. Along with farm fresh vegetables and fruits, we also have variety of grains and processed food. To make the process of ordering convenient, recently we have prepared a mobile app. Consumers can order through it and get home deliveries too.

Thus Rich N Fresh is developing a strong system which connects the farmers to the consumers without any mediator for the benefit of both.
